Air India’s latest marketing campaign, 'There is an air about India', celebrates the essence of modern India, which is a new, bold, joyous, confident, and vibrant India.

Air India has revealed a new campaign titled ‘There is an Air About India’, paying a tribute to the new India that is bold, joyous, confident, and clearly vibrant. With this campaign, Air India proudly captures the true essence of a nation on the rise.

The ad has been conceptualised and created in partnership with the creative agency McCann, which will include OOH segments, print ads and a digital film for social media platforms.

The digital ad film’s core is the rap-style soundtrack that is composed by Sneha Khanwalkar, a renowned Zen G Music Director, and sung by emerging rap artist Aarya Jadhao. The film is a combination of rhythmic storytelling with sharp transitions, and splendid visuals from busy metros to remote heartlands— all together capturing the soul of India.

 Air India is proud to carry the narrative “There is an Air about India” with every beat and lyric of the ad that beautifully blends the diverse culture of India — its colours, food varieties, communities, and the spirits of Indians. From traditional routines and spiritual beliefs to modern landscapes and universal aspirations, the narrative finishes with a powerful message for the world to know.
