McDonald’s India (North & East) has kicked off an on-ground activation to mark the launch of its latest addition in meal offering, ‘The Ranveer Singh Meal’, in a move to fuse fandom with out-of-home innovation.

This campaign features Bollywood’s powerhouse and McDonald’s India (North & East)'s new brand ambassador, Ranveer Singh.

Campaign Insights

The campaign showcases the brand’s energy through a fleet of vibrantly branded cabs, topped up with big flamboyant cutouts of Ranveer Singh, and the iconic Golden Arches of the brand’s logo. These mobile billboards are designed to attract attention, celebrate fandom, and create curiosity for the limited-edition Ranveer Singh meal.

For this, McDonald's has deployed more than 400 cabs across Delhi, NCR, Lucknow, and Kolkata, strategically routed through high-footfall locations, including India Gate, Noida sector 18, MG Road Gurugram, Mani Square, Hazrat Ganj and Gomti Nagar ensuring that their core targeted urban youth buyers, college students, and professionals doesn’t miss the new offering.

The cab branding is an innovative way of announcing Ranveer Singh as the brand ambassador, and is majorly inspired by the global Famous Orders platform and rooted in “fan truths”.
